World Client ( Lookout Theme )Spam Filter

This page will detail how to set up the World Client Spam Filter to move emails detected as spam to a spam folder.

We ask that customers clear the contents of this folder from time to time as it can become quite large.

Please note that you must be subscribed to the Compwise Anti-Spam service for this to work.

Having logged into World Client, click on Options in the bottom Left hand corner. This will bring up the options pages in the right hand window.

Click the folders tab. In the New Folder box type spam and then click Create. Click the Save and then finished buttons at the bottom of the page. This will take you back to the main worldclient window.

Verify that you can see a folder called spam in the folder list on the left hand side. Click the Options button on the bottom left hand side again. This will open the options pages in the right hand window.

Click the Filters tab. In the first box select Subject. In the second box select Contains, and in the third box type SPAM: ( you must enter the colon after spam) In the final box select the spam folder from the list. Click Add Filter.

If added properly, your filter will apper in the filter list as in the image below.

Your Rule should now be set.
